“Step the Hell Up”: Tom Brady Left Frustrated as Tampa Bay Buccaneers Struggle Against New Orleans Saints
At Caesars Superdome, a rock-throwing match between the New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers is now in progress. Even though both teams’ attacks include some of the NFL’s most lethal weapons, both teams’ defenses have stolen the show up until halftime. Tom Brady has been left frustrated due to the Saints’ defense.
Last week, both teams achieved success in various ways. On Sunday Night Football, the Buccaneers dominated the Cowboys while the Saints rallied in the fourth quarter to steal a victory for rookie head coach Dennis Allen and leave Atlanta. The first half saw New Orleans completely shut out the Buccaneers, and they entered halftime ahead by a field goal.
One of the reasons the Saints have been successful thus far is because they have been strong on third down, restricting Tampa Bay to just three third-down conversions on seven tries.

The Bucs’ offense is really starting to take off. They played faster and were able to go down the field, tying the score at three. With 6:44 remaining in the third quarter, Ryan Succop kicks a 47-yard field goal to tie the score at 3-3. Third and one is the situation after Fournette’s two runs to end the quarter.
With my previous job, I would be having to submit a report to Microsoft like “Player on Buccaneers was seen spiking the away side tablet into the ground, shattering the screen, rendering the tablet unusable” pic.twitter.com/I4sqoIFlKA

Over the past few years, the Saints have defeated the Buccaneers in regular-season games. Since Tom Brady joined the Buccaneers in 2020, New Orleans had won four in a row. Brady did have the last laugh during the postseason, leading Tampa Bay to a 30-20 triumph away from home on their way to winning the Super Bowl.
