Amazon Hired Him As An Analyst
In the NFL, Kirk Herbstreit will finally put his analytical abilities to the test as he joins Al Michaels for the “Thursday Night Football” broadcast on Amazon Prime. He will add his new Thursday night assignment to his already packed schedule, which also includes calling ABC’s “Saturday Night Football” with Chris Fowler and co-hosting ESPN’s “College GameDay.”

Herbstreit stated in a statement, “I am so proud of the job our ESPN and ABC team does on college football—this has been my family for 26 years, and my passion for the sport is steadfast. “It’s vital to me to call college games and participate in College GameDay.”
Herbstreit will work at Amazon alongside seasoned broadcaster Al Michaels. On September 15, the two will alternate their regular-season responsibilities after their preseason debut.

Herbstreit admitted to the Post that his fall and winter schedules would be quite busy.
Herbstreit declared, “I’m not going to lie. It’s going to be tremendous.” “I’m not actually going to take any days off for the next four months.”
