“These Shoes F**king Suck”- Nate Diaz Fires Shots at the Rock in an Epic Deleted Interview Clip

Nate Diaz has been with the UFC for 15 years now and in that time, the younger Diaz brother has fought the very best across two weight classes. Diaz had always been extremely popular among fans, however, its his win over Conor McGregor at UFC 196, that propelled him to a realm of popularity reached by only a select few fighters in the promotion. The Stockton native transcended the sport of MMA and became a household name, even for fans that did not follow the sport regularly.

Unfortunately, as the saying goes, ‘all good things must come to an end’ and the same is applicable to Nate Diaz as he is set to enter the UFC octagon for what could potentially be his last fight with the promotion. Nate Diaz is on the last fight of his contract and has not indicated that he wants to continue with the UFC. During fight week, the former ‘BMF’ title challenger also announced the start of his own MMA promotion, which is something he will be focusing on extensively after he is done with the UFC.

Diaz has never been one to shy away from sharing his thoughts, no matter the subject. In his most recent interview, Diaz shared his thoughts on the UFC’s collaboration with The Rock for his shoes. Diaz said, “These shoes f**king suck. Look at these shoes, they made me put this s*t on. F**k these shoes.”

Nate Diaz set to take on Tony Ferguson

After Khamzat Chimaev missed weight, the UFC was left scrambling to find an opponent for Nate Diaz. A number of fighters put their name forward, including Dustin Poirier, and Jorge Masvidal, among others. However, the most logical replacement for Chimaev was on the same card itself in the form of Tony Ferguson.
