Eurobasket 2022: Teams And NBA Players Participating : Giannis ,Luka Doncic ,Nikola Jokic
One more day to go, and 1st September will be the beginning of Eurobasket 2022! Basketball fans all over the world are desperately waiting for the games to begin. EuroBasket 2022 will reward a continental champion from a field of 24 nations, including some of the NBA’s best stars, after a five-year hiatus.
TEAM DETAILS
The tournament will begin on Thursday in the four host countries, and the final game will take place on September 18 in Berlin, wherein the gold medal will be awarded!
EuroBasket 2022 will feature 24 teams, divided into four groups of six. The top four teams from each group advance to the knockout stage after each team plays five group stage games.
One of the 24 teams that initially met the requirements for the competition was Russia, but after it invaded Ukraine, it was kicked out, and Montenegro took its place.
TEAM A- Belgium, Bulgaria, Georgia (host), Montenegro, Spain, Turkey
TEAM B – Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Germany (host), Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia
TEAM C- Croatia, Estonia, Great Britain, Greece, Italy (host), Ukraine
TEAM D- Czech Republic (host), Finland, Israel, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia

NBA Stars To Look Forward To At Eurobasket 2022-
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Greece
He rose to fame as he is the first player in European Qualifiers history to rise up to 40 points as a threshold. This goal has given rise to unbeatable expectations of him at the Eurobasket 2022. He’s going to play for Greece, and she forms part of team C.

Luka Doncic, Slovenia
Every time he plays, he manages to surprise the world. His last appearance almost got his team a gold medal. The 23-year-old player is so talented that he is going to stand against strong contenders with years of experience in the Eurobasket 2022. Just makes it more exciting for the fans of the NBA. As he’s playing for the country of Slovenia, he would be forming part of group B.

Nikola Jokic, Serbia
The current NBA MVP exploded for 29 points, eight rebounds, and six assists while making some crucial baskets late in the game to force overtime. Late in the fourth quarter, Jokic performed his signature “Sombor Shuffle” over Antetokounmpo, one of many clutches plays he needed to make to keep his team in the game. As he is playing from Serbia, he would be forming part of team D.
