“Kobe was There Everyday… Floyd, we Got Issues Over Anger”: $40 Million-Worth Rapper Compares Floyd Mayweather with the Late Kobe Bryant
Kobe Bryant and Floyd Mayweather always shared an exceptional relationship. In fact, back in 2017, just days before Christmas, the boxer sporadically challenged Bryant by leaving a remark on the legendary Laker’s most recent Instagram image. Floyd Mayweather wanted to play 1-on-1 against Kobe Bryant for a cool $1 million, which suggested that he was feeling very confident about his basketball abilities.
Mayweather and rapper 50 Cent have a beef ongoing. If you weren’t aware of the most recent Internet hilarity, it all began when 50 Cent mocked Mayweather using the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
That’s accurate. 50 Cent made fun of a former pal by using a viral charity. The rapper issued a challenge to Mayweather on Instagram, stating that if the boxer could read aloud exactly a whole page from a Harry Potter book, 50 Cent will give $750,000 to a charity of Mayweather’s choice. Now the rapper compared Mayweather with Kobe Bryant.

“Look, have been persistent, right? I think the only thing that separates people is passion. And having the ability to focus, on something, on the work. It will allow you to work hard enough, to be good enough at it. That’s the Kobe Bryant run,” 50 Cent said.
“A lot of people in the league perform according to their paycheck. Say like, ‘I ain’t getting that money, let them do it’. Kobe was there every day. And that’s what separates him and makes him special to us. “even after he’s gone. That’s one thing when you can actually commit to yourself and you want for your life. You work that hard at it.”
“Even Floyd. Like, we got issues over anger, but he’s still the best fighter out there.”
