Dr. Neal ElAttrache, who conducted Garoppolo’s surgery, saw him in the previous few days, and his shoulder is healing nicely. Garoppolo is anticipated to be able to perform a full range of throws because he has been fully cleared, according to Rapoport.
Additionally, it will restrict Garoppolo’s ability to apply for a starting position by Week One.
