Aaron Rodgers gets inked, Packers QB explains deep and significant meaning behind first tattoo
Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, got a tattoo on his left arm for the first time in 38 years. The tattoo was created by famous artist Balazs Bercseny, who is known in the tattoo field for creating geometric patterns. Aaron Rodgers revealed his meticulously created tattoo on Wednesday, informing supporters it was his first tattoo.
“There’s a profound and significant tale and link to every detail of this artistic creation. And I’ll tell you about it one day. For the time being, I’m grateful to @balazsbercsenyi for his patience and creativity “On Instagram, the Green Bay Packers veteran referred to Hungarian artist Balazs Bercsenyi.

“Grateful for his expertise and friendship,” Aaron said, displaying his ink, which includes two lions, multiple stars, and the astrological signs Aquarius, Scorpio, and Sagittarius (his sun sign). Aaron revealed that the tattoo was influenced by astrology and the elements. Also, it combines eye and ocean motifs. Rodgers said that he doesn’t know how many more seasons he will play and that the three-year, $150 million contract deal he signed in March shouldn’t be taken as an indication, but he knows where his career will conclude.
He was asked if he expected to conclude his career with the only team he’s ever played for in the NFL a year after sitting out the Green Bay Packers’ mandated minicamp as part of his offseason leave due to unhappiness with the organization.
While Aaron is debuting his new look, his ex-fiancée is on vacation. Shailene visited her friend Alixa Garca in Sevilla, Spain, a few weeks ago. In a July 6 Instagram post, the Big Little Lies actor remembered, “It felt as if the universe’s magic was waiting for our reunion. Blessings, synchronicities, and genuine cosmic collisions rained down on us.”
Shailene was “done” with Aaron following their last reunion. A source told E! News in April, claiming, “She immediately understood that everything was on his terms and nothing was going to change.”
