How Will Brooklyn Nets Manage Without The Powerful Jeff Green?

Jeff Green will not be playing for the next 10 days.

The 2021 NBA season is still holding so many shocks and surprises. Brooklyn Nets lose one of its key rotational pieces – Jeff Green. No, it doesn’t mean that Green left the Nets roster rather it’s another injury update. Yes, Green suffered a strained plantar fascia. The healing is going to take time off at least ten days. He will not be playing in the next games against the Boston Celtics.

Jeff Green is a former Celtics player. He had his share of the spotlight in the Celtics in 2015. His performance was incredible back then. However, his career graph has risen since his arrival in Brooklyn Nets. As per his current performance, he is too good in defence and along with sharp shots. He is really an asset for the Nets and now they have to play without him. Also, there is no subtle information about his recovery.

Jeff Green’s absence will have a huge impact on the Nets.

Nets coach Steve Nash has so much to speak about Jeff Green. He believed in him and his hard work. He also praised his commitment and role towards the Nets roster. Nash said the Green is a versatile player. This year Nets have seen so many injuries and Green filled those gaps by playing multiple positions. I mean how can a player travel and play along with his rehab, Jeff did that too.

I have heard Steve Nash and I understood that Jeff Green made a significant contribution to the team Nets this year. His absence is going to affect the performance as well as the morale of his team. Well, this can be a plus point for the Boston Celtics. They can seize this opportunity if only they put on real gameplay rather than the bullshit they showed us in the past two games. I hope we can see Jeff back on the court soon.
