Utah Jazz Fans Banned For Misbehaving With The Family of Morant

Three Utah Jazz fans banned indefinitely from Vivint Smart Home Arena.

What is happening to NBA fans? I haven’t seen such things earlier in NBA games. Instead of enjoying the game and cheering for their favourites, some Utah Jazz fans were more into a verbal altercation. It happened in the Utah Jazz vs Memphis Grizzlies game. Jazz defeated Grizzlies with a huge gap 141-129. First spitting on Young then popcorn on Westbrook and now this.

I don’t understand how these kind of fans are making it into the arenas. Utah Jazz banned these three and released a statement that they will not tolerate any offensive or disruptive behaviour. It’s fine but just banning is not making anything better. They must have been given some better treatment along with the ban. Jazz must make their bouncers kick some ass if anybody misbehaves, that would be a better treatment.

A commitment to a safe and respectful environment by Utah Jazz.

Just like the NBA safety protocols, we need some environment protocols now. The incident with Ja Morant’s family was not at all cool. They were happily enjoying watching their son playing and cheering for his team. Also, most of the Jazz fans were friendly with them and there are the 3 morons. I believe in the saying that a bad fish spoils the whole pond however, in the Vivint Smart Home Arena there were three such fishes.

Utah Jazz did the right thing as early as possible. They can’t control the whole verbal thing every time. Fans are loud in their cheers and their booing but some things are just intolerable. I mean I can never tolerate someone messing with my family. I can shoot all the available basketballs on their faces. Obviously, the Utah Jazz front office can’t do that so they did whatever best they can think of.
