3 Reasons why Minnesota Vikings can win Super Bowl 57
Under Kevin O’Connell, the Minnesota Vikings‘ new head coach, the team will play in 2022. O’Connell and the new Vikings administration chose to keep most of the roster even though the team finished the previous season with a terrible 8-9 record. According to predictions, the Vikings will contend for a Wild Card spot in 2022. And here are 3 reasons why Minnesota Vikings will win the super bowl.
1) Entering the tournament with a new coach
Despite coming from the Super Bowl-winning Sean McVay coaching tree in Los Angeles (as offensive coordinator) and being a quick climber in the coaching world, new head coach Kevin O’Connell takes over a team that hasn’t made it to the Super Bowl since the 1970s and always seems to be in trouble. In his eight seasons as Minnesota’s coach, Mike Zimmer led the team to the playoffs three times, including an NFC Championship Game in 2017 thanks to the “Minneapolis Miracle.”

2) Dalvin Cook
Dalvin Cook is arguably one of the top five running backs in the league. In the 2017 NFL Draft, Dalvin Cook was taken by Minnesota with the 41st overall pick. The powerful running back, though, has already completed five professional seasons, and the last three saw him nominated for the Pro Bowl. In each of those seasons, Cook piled up more than 1,000 running yards and scored 35 rushing touchdowns.
Cook, who is sporting a No. 4 Vikings jersey this season for the first time, came in at No. 4 on a recent ESPN ranking of the top 10 running backs in the NFL heading into the 2022 campaign.
and third-year star Justin Jefferson, who is already regarded as one of the top two or three wide receivers in football, are both critical components of the Vikings’ explosive offensive architecture in 2022.

3) New Defense
With the arrival of Za’Darius Smith (Green Bay) and Jordan Hicks, Minnesota’s linebackers received a huge defensive upgrade (Arizona). If quarterback Kirk Cousins can resume playing at a high level, this squad may be ready to take off.
in 2022, the Vikings will switch to a 3-4 base defense. The standard 4-3 defense that the Vikings have used for what feels like ages has been drastically altered by the 3-4 offense. It should look entirely different for the Minnesota Vikings defense in 2022, and that might not be a bad thing.
In Minnesota, where Ed Donatell, who oversaw a 4-3 scheme in Green Bay from 2000 to 2003, is in charge of putting one of the NFL’s trendiest designs into action this fall, everything has come full circle. Vic Fangio pioneered the 3-4 formation that has spread throughout the NFL, making quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers miserable by forcing them to throw underneath.
