2021 NFL MVP: Which AFC Players Will Make An Impact This Season?
Prediction of 2021 NFL MVP for the 16 AFC teams.
The countdown has already begun for the upcoming season of American football. We all are waiting to see the great players playing with the great teams and delivering great performances. At the same time, we are curious about the players who will be leaving a mark in the upcoming season. Entertaining that curiosity let’s look at the predictions for MVPs from all the teams starting from the 16 AFC teams.
2021 NFL MVP predictions for AFC
The Ravens team is at times a one-man show and that man is was an MVP two seasons ago. Lamar Jackson is the player I picked for the 2021 NFL MVP. The fact that the Ravens have updated their roster with some new names in the group targets, Jackson’s passing game will probably be more efficient. I am betting on him for the 2021 NFL season.
I can’t think of any other name than the last year’s MVP contender Josh Allen. The best quarterback of Buffalo Bills is still my choice for the 2021 NFL MVP. The way he carries a game and produces results is amazing. Also, his association with the fellow wide receiver Stefon Diggs make things better for the team. I think these two are the main pillars of the Bills this season.
Injuries have been a huge issue in NFL for a long time. The scariest of them is an ACL tear. However, Joe Burrow is coming back after recovering his torn left ACL. If he is 100 percent fit the I don’t think that anyone else for the Bengals team can give us a valuable show. He is having one of the best passing attacks in the league.
It’s hard to choose one from the fully loaded offensive roster of the Cleveland Browns. It all depends on the chances one is going to get in the upcoming NFL games. However, if you still ask me to name one contender for the 2021 NFL MVP title from the Browns then I will say Myles Garrett. I think he has the calibre and power to beat the odds and make an impact on the team.
For Broncos the 2021 NFL MVP should be Bradley Chubb. Number 5th pick of the 2018 draft will be back in full form after back to back injuries. After a long gap, he will surely play a big game for the Broncos in 2021. Hopes are set high for this quarterback and I think that he is going to nail it.
Laremy Tunsil is my man from the team of Houston. He is the only best player in the team. Texans’ team is filled with newbies and they cannot easily rely on them. Their most valuable is Tunsil.
The man who carried Colts to the playoffs will be my choice for the 2021 NFL MVP. Darius Leonard who recently signed an extension with the team can do wonders in the upcoming season. The linebacker is the key player of the Colts’ defence and he will surely kick some ass in the coming games.
The Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence has all the potential in the world to do things for his team. However, he cannot do it without some help from the rest of the team. The Jaguars must support him in every possible way and Trevor will become the beast Jaguars have been looking for. If he adjusts his speed then everything will fall in place for the Jaguars.
I think we all have the same pick for the 2021 NFL MVP from the Kansas City Chiefs. The man who is at the top of the list of 2021 quarterbacks – Patrick Mahomes. He is the man who produced more than 5,000 passing yards in the 2018 season and I think his stakes are already high for the 2021 season. Everyone can pick hi in the prediction of the most valuable without any second thought.
One of the top 5 tight ends in the 2021 NFL season – Darren Waller. His defence and his speed are unmatchable and he can lineup anywhere. He can play big with his great hands and strong blocks and he is still getting better every day. I can’t pick anyone else but him for the 2021 NFL MVP.
The best defensive player of the Los Angeles Chargers and the one who took the charge and carried the team on his back at times is the perfect fit for the most valuable player. I am talking about Joey Bosa here. The main reason behind picking this man is the mastermind head coach Brandon Staley. I believe that he will force Bosa to play at his best and we could see a career season from him.
One man who created history in the 2020 season of the NFL is Miami Dolphins’ All-Pro cornerback Xavier Howard. The 27-year-old defensive back has unmatching abilities when it comes to interceptions. I don’t think that any man could replace him in Miami for the 2021 NFL MVP run.
The former home of Tampa Bay Buccaneer‘s legend Tom Brady is well-known for its flawless defence. It means that the MVP contender must also be the one from the defensive side of the team. There are many names who can fit in the role of most valuable player for the Patriots such as Stephon Gilmore, Matt Judon or Josh Uche. However, one person who can beat these three when it comes to defensive playing is Donta Hightower. He may have opted out last season but he is still the same with a lot of strength.
The New York Jets 2021 NFL MVP can be linebacker C.J. Mosley. Choosing him over every other player is because of his offseason performance. He is healthy, fit and dedicated. The four-time Pro Bowler has everything it requires to run for the MVP. Mosley can really change things for the Jets in a good way.
They already picked a star in their first draft pick – Najee Harris. The team fell short in the run game last year and this time they are going to overcome that. Harris is one of the best players in college football. Steelers can easily rely on him for catches and blocks at the same time. I don’t think anyone else from the Steelers can be the man for the 2021 NFL MVP run.
The 2021 NFL season is bringing a bag full of opportunities for the players. The one who will keep the pace and grab the opportunity with his mind-boggling play and efficient numbers is the point guard Ryann Tannehill. He has the playmaking abilities and capable support players to make a game for his team.
