Suggs is the only healthy point guard on the roster, but the Magic have elected to bring him off the bench after a five-game absence. With Suggs back, Terence Ross and R.J. Suggs, who suffered a sprained ankle on October 21st, has a chance to play after missing five straight games. The Magic don't have a timetable for Suggs, so he'll likely depend on how his ankle responds to treatment. This sounds like it's going to be more than a standard day-to-day type of issue. He managed to play just 16 minutes Friday against Atlanta, leaving the game with a right ankle sprain. Suggs' injury will likely elevate Cole Anthony to the starting five. He made his season debut off the bench Friday after recovering from an illness and produced a very good performance with 25 points in 28 minutes. Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs (knee) was forced to exit early during Friday's preseason game against the Dallas Mavericks. The young guard went down holding his knee and was helped to the locker room. This is very concerning especially for a player like Suggs who dealt with a ton of injuries last season. The team hasn't given much information yet, so everyone will have to wait to know the severity of the injury. Markelle Fultz (toe) is out as well, so Cole Anthony is going to get a ton of run, assuming Suggs misses time. Fantasy managers should get another update on Suggs shortly.
