Landry Shamet Ruled Out For Tuesday
Phoenix Suns guard Landry Shamet (hip) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. This hurts with the Suns already shorthanded for this contest. The team is without Deandre Ayton, Chris Paul, Devin Booker, and Shamet for Tuesday's contest. The expectation is that Damion Lee or Josh Okogie would move into the starting five. Between the two, Lee is the better streaming option, but neither are anything more than deep league options.

Duane Washington Jr. stands to see a sizable workload again, making him a savvy DFS option against Toronto. Shamet's next chance to suit up comes Monday against New York.

Phoenix Suns guard Landry Shamet (Achilles) won't suit up for Tuesday's matchup with Memphis. Devin Booker (groin) lasted only four minutes during the Christmas clash with Denver before exiting. As a result, Shamet entered the game and finished with a career-high 31 points while shooting 7-for-17 from deep. But now that Booker, Shamet, and Cameron Payne (foot) aren't available against the Grizzlies, Damion Lee, who scored 18 points on Sunday, should move into the starting lineup.

When healthy, Shamet was only a real fantasy option in deeper leagues. Now that he'll be out, and Chris Paul is questionable, this opens the door to a couple of players to get some more minutes. Damion Lee and Josh Okogie are likely to get some more looks off of the bench. Their streaming value still isn't very high as Shamet is only getting around 16 minutes per contest.
