Adley Rutschman Wins Most Valuable Oriole Award
Baltimore Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman was announced as the recipient of the team's 2022 Louis M. Hatter Most Valuable Oriole Award on Monday, per MLB.com's Bill Ladson. The 24-year-old rookie was one of baseball's top prospects and joined the O's in late May, since compiling a .256/.365/.449 slash line with 13 home runs, 42 RBI, and 35 doubles. Rutschman proved to be one of many young exciting fantasy options on the O's roster this season, but he particularly stands out given his production at a weak position. Rutschman will be a starting fantasy option in all leagues for the 2023 season.
