    X-Rays Come Back Negative On Adolis Garcia

    Initial X-rays on Texas Rangers outfielder Adolis Garcia's wrist looked OK, according to interim manager Tony Beasley. The team will re-evaluate Garcia on Saturday after he was forced from Friday's game early against the Cleveland Guardians after taking a 100 mph cutter off his wrist. As of right now, the 29-year-old seems to be fine and should be considered day-to-day, but you shouldn't be surprised if he's not in Saturday's starting lineup. Garcia has been a must-start in fantasy this year, slashing .253/.304/.458 with 25 home runs, 95 RBI, 83 runs scored and 25 stolen bases in 566 at-bats for the Rangers. He hasn't been as strong in September, though, going just 16-for-70 (.229) with four homers, 15 RBI, 11 runs scored and three steals in 20 games.

    Adolis Garcia Back In Rangers Lineup Saturday

    Texas Rangers outfielder Adolis Garcia (back) is back in the starting lineup Saturday against the Toronto Blue Jays after missing Friday's game with a sore back. He will be the designated hitter and bat fourth in the lineup, so the Rangers appear to be easing him back in. Although he's been a major contributor all season, the 29-year-old has been ice cold to start September. He is slashing just .080/.080/.240, but has managed a homer and a steal. Still, the five-category star should be back in daily fantasy lineups tonight as he can put up big numbers at any time.

    Adolis Garcia Out With Back Injury

    Texas Rangers outfielder Adolis Garcia (back) landed awkwardly on his lower back recently while trying to make a catch on defense and is out of the starting lineup on Friday against the Toronto Blue Jays as a result. His back is sore, but he should return to the lineup on Saturday. Fantasy managers need to act accordingly and remove Garcia from their daily lineups on Friday. The 29-year-old, who has hit the 20-20 milestone already this year, should be considered day-to-day. Rookie Bubba Thompson is manning right field on Friday and will hit ninth against Blue Jays right-hander Ross Stripling. Thompson has held his own in his first 30 major league games, going 26-for-94 (.277) with a homer, seven RBI, 10 runs and 10 stolen bases, but he won't have a ton of DFS upside in the nine-hole.
