TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Quarterback Nathan Rourke is signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.com. Rourke had a phenomenal season with the CFL's B.C. Lions and earned 12 NFL visits before ultimately inking a deal with the Jaguars. Through 10 CFL games in 2022, Rourke completed 255 of 324 (78.7 percent) of passes for 3,349 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. He also added 304 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on the ground. Rourke is expected to compete with C.J. Beathard for the backup quarterback role behind Trevor Lawrence.

TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Riley Patterson (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He sat out Tuesday's practice due to a right injury but logged an entire session Wednesday. The 26-year-old went 30-for-35 field goal attempts and 36-for-37 in extra-point tries across 17 games in 2022. He has scored double-digit points in three of the last five weeks and is worth using as a streaming option in playoff league formats with kickers. Patterson will be available for Saturday night's wild-card matchup against the Chargers.
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is considered questionable for Saturday's Wild-Card game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The 23-year-old has been dealing with a lingering toe issue for awhile now. He continues to play through the issue, so fantasy managers should expect him to play unless he suffers a setback. He has been limited in practice this week, but should be fully active for Saturday's game. Fantasy managers should check back for another update on Lawrence.
Wednesday, January 11
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) was limited in the team's practice on Wednesday. Lawrence has been battling a toe injury for multiple weeks and has been consistently limited in practice sessions because of it, but he has not missed any game action. The 23-year-old should be expected to suit up for Jacksonville's Wild Card playoff matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers on Saturday.
Tuesday, January 10
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Riley Patterson (knee) did not suit up for practice on Tuesday. This is a bit concerning with the Jaguars having a playoff game on Saturday against the Los Angeles Chargers. The 24-year-old knocked down 30-of-35 field goal attempts, while missing only one extra point attempt during the regular season. His absence would mean that James McCourt would likely be called upon to kick on Saturday. Luckily, Patterson still has plenty of time to get ready for Saturday's game.
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) was a limited participant during Tuesday's practice. The 23-year-old continues to deal with a lingering toe issue, but he has been playing through the issue. The expectation is that Lawrence will continue to play unless the problem gets worse. The Jaguars have a playoff matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers on Saturday. That being said, Lawrence still has a few days to rest and recover for that game. The Jaguars are likely just being cautious with Lawrence, so that's probably why he was limited in practice.
Saturday, January 07
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is questionable for Saturday's meeting with Tennessee. The signal-caller has been bothered by the injury for nearly a month, although it hasn't kept him off the field. Considering the Jags are still in the playoff conversation, he'll likely be out there versus a Titans defense that's struggled against opposing quarterbacks this season.
Friday, January 06
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) was limited in practice for the second day in a row. The 23-year-old is officially listed as questionable for the team's pivotal game against the Tennessee Titans in Week 18. He's been dealing with the same toe issue for a few weeks and it hasn't forced him to sit out just yet. It seems more likely that Lawrence will be under center for this game, but fantasy managers may want to just keep tabs on the injury updates as the game gets closer. If he does play, he could be a solid QB2 that's creeping toward QB1. The last time these two teams met, Lawrence turned in a 33-point fantasy performance.
Wednesday, January 04
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) missed practice on Tuesday. The 23-year-old has been dealing with a nagging toe injury for multiple weeks, but it has not forced him to miss any time, so he should be active in Week 18. The matchup is critical for the team because they can clinch their division and make the playoffs for the first time since 2017 when they made it to the AFC championships. The sophomore signal-caller has been fantastic as of late, leading them to four straight victories. He was disappointing for fantasy this past week because they established a huge lead from three rushing touchdowns and a defensive score, but you can expect him to bounce back against the Titans on Saturday.
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) returned to practice as a limited participant on Wednesday after missing Tuesday's session. Lawrence has not missed any games this season despite dealing with a toe injury for multiple weeks and should be expected to suit up for an important regular-season finale against the Tennessee Titans on Saturday. With a victory over Tennessee, Jacksonville would clinch the AFC South division title and its first playoff berth since 2017. Fantasy managers with something to play for in Week 18 should consider Lawrence a top-10 option in an excellent home matchup.
Sunday, January 01
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is expected to play on Sunday against the Texans. The signal-caller practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday's session. However, he should be good to go, barring a setback. Although there's a chance Lawrence could be restricted in some ways because of the injury, he remains a viable option for those in deep fantasy formats and Superflex setups.
Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Travon Walker (ankle) is expected to suit up for the Week 17 matchup against the Houston Texans. The rookie linebacker has been sidelined since Week 14 due to a lingering knee issue. It's worth noting that the Jaguars don't have much to play for in this game. The division title comes down to their Week 18 matchup with the Tennessee Titans. That being said, Walker might have his reps limited, assuming he does suit up for this game. The 22-year-old has 45 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and one fumble forced in 13 games this season. His presence on defense would certainly be an upgrade for this team.
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) will be under center for the Week 17 matchup against the Houston Texans. The 23-year-old was limited during practice this week, so there was some concern he'd sit out. However, Lawrence will play in this game despite the Jaguars not having much to play for this week. There's a chance he's somewhat limited if the game gets out of hand. The AFC South division title is on the line next week, so the Jaguars want to keep Lawrence healthy for that game. Fantasy managers who have Lawrence rostered can get him in their lineups for this game.
Jacksonville Jaguars pass-rusher Travon Walker (ankle) is officially active for Week 17 against the Houston Texans. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity all week long. The No. 1 pick has amassed 45 tackles, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one interception in 2022. He will return after a two-game absence and will be a big boost to a stream-worthy Jaguars defense/special teams this weekend against the weak Texans offense.
Friday, December 30
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) was a limited participant in practice on Thursday and Friday after not practicing at all on Wednesday, and is officially questionable to face the Houston Texans in Week 17. No matter what happens on Sunday, the Jaguars will face the Tennessee Titans for the AFC South championship and the right to host a playoff game in the Wild Card round. That said, Jacksonville could give Lawrence the day off. If he doesn't play, CJ Beathard would start. It would be a tough break for fantasy managers of Lawrence, Christian Kirk, Evan Engram, and Zay Jones, but it's a real possibility.
Thursday, December 29
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) was absent from Wednesday's practice. The second-year quarterback is coming off an impressive performance against the New York Jets in Week 16, where he led the Jaguars to their fourth win in five games. With this absence from practice, there is some concern about Lawrence's availability in Week 17. Jacksonville's Week 18 game against the Tennessee Titans has become their ticket to the playoffs, making this upcoming matchup against the Houston Texans fairly meaningless. Despite head coach Doug Pederson saying he won't rest players, his history of holding them out in the past is worrisome. It is still early, but Lawrence's status should be monitored throughout the week.
Friday, December 23
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars standout defensive lineman Dawuane Smoot (Achilles) is feared to have torn his Achilles in the Thursday night win over the New York Jets, according to a source. Smoot has been one of the team's best defensive linemen this year, so losing him for the rest of the season would be a big blow as they try to make the playoffs. He's getting an MRI exam on Friday. The 27-year-old was carted off the field on Thursday night in the fourth quarter after a non-contact injury, which usually never end up being good. In his sixth year with Jacksonville, Smoot has recorded 21 tackles (14 solo), five sacks, six tackles for loss, 12 QB hits, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 15 games played (zero starts).
Thursday, December 22
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe), who is listed as questionable for the Thursday night game against the New York Jets, will play, according to a source. Lawrence has been dealing with a nagging toe injury since Week 13 but has battled through it and is playing the best football of his career, so his status for Week 16 wasn't really in question despite the questionable tag on the final injury report. The 23-year-old had 318 passing yards and four touchdowns against a strong Dallas Cowboys defense in an overtime win in Week 15 and enters the week as the overall QB7 in fantasy points on the season. The second-year signal-caller will be facing one of the best defenses in the league on Thursday night in the Jets, but his recent performances have put him on the QB1 map.
Wednesday, December 21
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is questionable for Thursday night's matchup against the New York Jets. The second-year quarterback has been dealing with a nagging toe sprain. However, he is expected to start this week. The former Clemson star has been the hottest quarterback in fantasy football lately. Over the past five contests, Lawrence has averaged 269 passing yards and 24.5 fantasy points per game, scoring 21 or more fantasy points four times. Furthermore, Lawrence has been the QB2 the past two weeks, averaging 30.6 fantasy points per game with a 7:1 touchdown-to-interception ratio. The former No. 1 pick is a QB1 this week despite the matchup against New York.
Jacksonville Jaguars rookie first-round linebacker Travon Walker (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday night's game against the New York Jets in Week 16 after failing to practice on Wednesday. It will be the 22-year-old's second straight missed game due to an ankle injury. It's an upgrade for the Jets offense in another important game as they look to stay alive in the AFC playoff hunt. In Walker's first NFL season in 2022, he has 45 tackles (22 solo), 3.5 sacks, four tackles for loss, eight QB hits, one interception and a forced fumble in 13 games started. With Walker out again this week, look for K'Lavon Chaisson and Devin Lloyd to see more snaps on defense.
Tuesday, December 20
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars left tackle Cam Robinson (knee) suffered a torn meniscus in the team's Week 15 overtime win over the Dallas Cowboys and will miss the rest of the season, according to head coach Doug Pederson. It's a massive blow to a Jaguars offense that is trending up behind second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence with the end of the year quickly approaching. Heading into Thursday night's game against the New York Jets in Week 16, Lawrence is the QB7 in overall fantasy points, but losing his blind-side protector the rest of the way will hurt, especially against a tough Jets defense this week. Former second-rounder Walker Little is likely to serve as the starting left tackle for the Jags the rest of the way. This is a storyline to follow closely for those relying on Lawrence in the fantasy playoffs.
Sunday, December 18
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is officially active for Week 15 versus the Dallas Cowboys. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity on Friday, though there was never much doubt about his availability. The Jaguars' offense is firing on all cylinders and will need to pass the football to stay competitive against Dallas. Thus, Lawrence ranks as a solid low-end QB1 this weekend.
Saturday, December 17
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) was listed as questionable on the final injury report for Week 15 against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Lawrence didn't practice on Wednesday before putting in limited showings the last two days due to a sprained left toe that he suffered in Week 13. The 23-year-old second-year QB was also questionable last weekend, but he ended up playing and had one of the best games of his young career by throwing for a season-high 368 yards and three touchdowns against the Tennessee Titans. He'll get a stiffer test against the strong pass rush of the Cowboys this Sunday, but Lawrence should be out there and is becoming a low-end QB1 option for fantasy managers. Disclaimer: The Cowboys defense has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing QBs in 2022.
Wednesday, December 14
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) did not take part in Wednesday's practice. Lawrence missed the first two practices of last week before returning on Friday and playing in the Week 14 win over the Tennessee Titans. Not only did the 23-year-old play, but he went off for 368 yards and three touchdowns on 42 pass attempts, adding another score on the ground. As long as Lawrence eventually practices this week, he should be able to suit up in Week 15 to face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. The second-year signal-caller has 300-plus yards in two of his last three games with six touchdowns and no interceptions in those two contests. He's becoming a nice high-end QB2 option for fantasy managers, although the Cowboys will give him a stiffer test this weekend.
Sunday, December 11
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is officially active for the Week 14 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. The 23-year-old was questionable coming into this game after missing two practices this week. Despite that, Lawrence is feeling good enough to play through his sprained toe. He hopes to get back on track after getting embarrassed by the Detroit Lions last week. Fantasy managers should have Lawrence in the QB2 conversation for this matchup against Tennessee.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) will suit up for the Week 14 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. This is good news after Jones was limited in practice this week due to a chest issue. The 27-year-old posted a dud last week, but was fantastic the week prior to that. It's tough to predict his workload, but Jones is clearly the No. 2 option in this offense. He should have low-end WR3 appeal with quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) active and under center on Sunday.
Saturday, December 10
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) is expected to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, according to sources. Lawrence is listed as questionable after missing two practices this week, but he has an edge to him and wants to be out there this weekend after they were embarrassed by the Detroit Lions in Week 13. Barring a setback or if the Jaguars take the cautious road with their franchise QB and hold him out, Lawrence is expected to play. The 23-year-old said he felt good after Friday's practice, so all signs are pointing toward him being out there. He has a good matchup against a banged-up Titans secondary, but Lawrence will be more risky as a QB2 if he's less than 100 percent. He's officially dealing with a sprained toe on his left foot.
Friday, December 09
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
The Jacksonville Jaguars have listed quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) as questionable to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Lawrence is dealing with a sprained left big toe. He wasn't able to practice on Wednesday and Thursday before returning to a limited session on Friday, but he's still up in the air to play this weekend. The 23-year-old would have a good matchup against a banged-up Titans secondary if he plays, but he could also be less productive at less than 100 percent. If backup C.J. Beathard gets the start, fantasy managers would need to downgrade all of Jacksonville's offensive skill players in fantasy. The Titans defense would also be a very attractive streaming unit against a QB that hasn't made an NFL start since 2020.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) is officially listed as questionable to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans. Jones put in limited practices all week and appears to be on the right side of questionable. The 27-year-old played through his injury last week and caught just two of his seven targets for 16 yards. The week before he had a career game with 11 receptions (14 targets) for 145 yards. Jones' fantasy production has been hard to predict in 2022 as the No. 2 behind Christian Kirk, and he could be working without second-year quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) in Week 14. If backup C.J. Beathard draws the start, Jones will be a shaky WR4/flex for fantasy managers.
The Jacksonville Jaguars waived running back Darrell Henderson Jr. on Friday, according to the team. Henderson was claimed off waivers from the Los Angeles Rams several weeks ago, but he'll head back to the waiver wire after not playing in a single game for the Jaguars. The 25-year-old has a good chance of latching on with another team for the stretch run of the 2022 campaign, but it will probably be a long shot that he sees significant backfield work. Before being cut by the Rams in November, Henderson carried the ball 70 times for 283 yards and three touchdowns, adding 17 receptions on 22 targets for 102 yards in 10 games played (seven starts).
Thursday, December 08
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) missed his second straight practice of the week on Thursday. Head coach Doug Pederson said on Wednesday that he thought Lawrence might be able to practice at some point this week. Friday's session will be a shorter workout, so it's possible Lawrence can get back on the field then. Still, the second-year QB's status for Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans remains very up in the air. If the 23-year-old is able to practice on Friday and play this weekend, he'll be a nice QB2 with upside against an injury-ravaged Titans secondary. For what it's worth, Lawrence said early this week he expected to play in Week 14. If he doesn't get cleared, backup C.J. Beathard would make his first start since the 2020 season.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) put in a limited practice on Thursday for the second day in a row this week. There's no indication that Jones' injury will keep him from playing this weekend against the Tennessee Titans. However, quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) might not play, so Jacksonville's receivers would need to be downgraded if C.J. Beathard is forced to make his first start since the 2020 season. Jones had a career day in Week 12 with 11 receptions for 145 yards on a season-high 14 targets, but he came back down to Earth last week with just two catches for 16 yards. His production this year has been completely unpredictable, and he's scored just one time (back in Week 3).
Wednesday, December 07
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) will not practice on Wednesday. Head coach Doug Pederson is calling Lawrence day-to-day and said that he's unsure if he'll be able to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans. The second-year signal-caller is dealing with a sprained left big toe and should be considered questionable for this weekend. The 23-year-old finished 17-for-31 for 179 yards and a touchdown in last week's loss to the Detroit Lions. The Jaguars will likely play it safe with their franchise QB, so don't be surprised if Lawrence takes a week off to rest his injured toe. If Lawrence isn't cleared to play this week, backup C.J. Beathard would get the nod, which would be a downgrade for all of Jacksonville's skill players on offense.
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe) said he expects to play in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. "That's the plan," Lawrence said. The 23-year-old injured his left big toe in last week's blowout loss to the Detroit Lions, and he missed practice on Wednesday. Head coach Doug Pederson called Lawrence day-to-day, but fantasy managers shouldn't consider him a lock to play this weekend. As long as Lawrence returns to practice later this week, he should have a good chance to suit up against the Titans, a defense that has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game (24.7) to the QB position. Lawrence will have some nice QB2 upside for fantasy managers in Week 14 if he's active.
Monday, December 05
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is having an MRI on his left foot after suffering a scary-looking injury in the loss to the Detroit Lions. Lawrence's injury looked very serious at first glance, but head coach Doug Pederson said I think things are trending in the right direction." It's unclear whether or not Lawrence will be limited in practice or miss any game action, but the MRI results will bring some clarity to the situation. Lawrence came into Week 13 with a lot of hype against a struggling Lions' defense, but Jacksonville couldn't get anything going. If Lawrence is good to go, he'll face a struggling Titans' secondary in Week 14.
Sunday, December 04
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) is expected to be "good to go" on Sunday against the Lions, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter. The 23-year-old injured his right foot during the Week 12 contest versus the Baltimore Ravens, forcing him to miss the second half. As a result, JaMycal Hasty entered the game to finish with 28 yards off 12 touches while accumulating five catches for 67 yards and a touchdown. Since then, Hasty has been a popular waiver wire target heading into Week 13, although it seems he won't provide much value to fantasy managers, assuming Etienne plays. Nonetheless, while the residual effects of the ailment may slow Etienne down to some degree, he should remain starting for the favorable matchup in Detroit.
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) and wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) are both active for Week 13 against the Detroit Lions, while running back Darrell Henderson Jr. (illness) is inactive. Etienne injured his foot early in Week 12, but the Jaguars said his removal was a precaution and he was deemed good to go for Week 13 early this week. JaMycal Hasty could see a little more work this Sunday to spell Etienne, who should be a must-start fantasy RB in a great matchup. Jones is coming off a career performance in last week's come-from-behind victory over the Baltimore Ravens, and he could have a nice encore performance against one of the worst defenses in the NFL in the Lions. Henderson will have to wait another week before potentially making his Jaguars debut.
Friday, December 02
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) and wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) were both limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Etienne suffered a minor left foot sprain last week, and the Jaguars admitted that they held him out of the rest of the Week 12 game as a precaution. Backup JaMycal Hasty may have been a popular waiver-wire addition this week, but all signs are pointing toward Etienne suiting up as a strong RB2 for fantasy managers this Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Jones is coming off a career game (11 catches for 145 yards) and is also on the right track to play this weekend in a good matchup. Consider him an intriguing upside WR3/flex play in Week 13.
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson told reporters on Friday that running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) is "good to go" for Week 13 against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Etienne was injured early in Week 12 and never returned, but the Jaguars kept him out in an abundance of caution. The 23-year-old was limited in practices this week and should retain his lead-back role for the Jaguars in a nice matchup against Detroit this weekend. Fantasy managers should have Etienne locked and loaded in all starting lineups as a low-end RB1/high-end RB2. On the season, the Lions defense has allowed 20.6 points per game in half-point PPR scoring to the running back position.
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) and wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) are questionable to play against the Detroit Lions in Week 13. Head coach Doug Pederson said Etienne is "good to go," but there have been many cases where players are ruled out after that has been declared, so his fantasy managers should stay on high alert up to game day. Jones is truly questionable, so stay tuned for further injury updates for what could be a smash spot for the emerging wideout. Both Etienne and Jones have huge upside against arguably the worst defense in the NFL, and running bacak JaMycal Hasty and/or receiver Marvin Jones will be very much on the fantasy radar if either misses this game.
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Darrell Henderson Jr. (illness) is questionable to make his debut with the team in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. Henderson was claimed off waivers from the Los Angeles Rams last week, but he was held out of the Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens. With Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) expected to play this Sunday, the 25-year-old Henderson would likely be the No. 3 behind Etienne and JaMycal Hasty if he was active, so fantasy managers should ignore him for the time being. Eventually, Henderson could surpass Hasty on the RB depth chart, but that may not happen anytime soon. He can be left to the waiver wire in most single-year fantasy leagues.
Thursday, December 01
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) and wide receiver Zay Jones (chest) were both limited in Wednesday's practice. Etienne left the Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens early and never returned out of precaution. The Jaguars feel good about Etienne playing in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions, so as long as he doesn't suffer a setback later this week, he should be locked into all starting fantasy lineups as a strong RB2 choice against a weak Lions defense. If he's limited at all, JaMycal Hasty and Snoop Conner would see more work. Jones is a little dinged up after posting a career-high 11 catches for 145 yards in last week's win over Baltimore, but he should be good to go this weekend. Fantasy managers can't count on another dynamite performance, but Jones will be in play as a WR3/flex in a good matchup.
Wednesday, November 30
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said he "feels good" about running back Travis Etienne Jr.'s (foot) chances of playing in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. Pederson said Etienne will go through portions of walk-through practice on Wednesday, but the team doesn't want to rush him to go full before he's 100 percent. It sounds as though Etienne will be limited early this week, but he certainly has a chance to play this Sunday after getting injured in the Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens. If the second-year RB is active against a porous Detroit defense, he'll be a must-start fantasy RB. If he's out or limited at all, JaMycal Hasty, who had 12 carries for 28 yards and five catches for 67 yards and a touchdown last Sunday, would be the Jags' lead back. Hasty is a popular waiver-wire pickup for Etienne's fantasy managers or anyone in need of RB help this week.
Monday, November 28
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said that running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) was cleared to return to the Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday with his foot injury, but he decided to hold Etienne out as a precaution. The team was planning to do more tests on Monday, but Etienne said he was fine and the team thought so, too. We'll have to monitor Etienne's practice status this week, but all signs point to him being ready to suit up in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. The 23-year-old had just two carries for three yards before leaving, while JaMycal Hasty led the backfield with 12 carries for 28 yards in his absence. If Etienne is fine to face the Lions this weekend, he should be a must-start in all fantasy lineups.
Sunday, November 27
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) is questionable to return against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He exited the game and was taken to the locker room after rushing for just three yards during the first quarter. With Darrell Henderson Jr. being a healthy scratch this week, the Jaguars will likely turn to a combination of JaMycal Hasty and Snoop Conner if Etienne is unable to return.
Wednesday, November 23
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed former Los Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson Jr. off of waivers on Wednesday. The Rams surprisingly waived the fourth-year back on Tuesday and it didn't take long for him to find a new home. Henderson will likely play in a complementary role with Travis Etienne Jr. handling the team's RB1 duties, but he could have fantasy value at some point down the stretch once he familiarizes himself with the offense. For the time being, fantasy managers should only look to stash Henderson in deeper leagues.
Saturday, November 12
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram (back) put in a full practice on Friday and was removed from the final injury report, so he'll be active in Week 10 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Engram received medical attention on the sidelines of last week's win over the Las Vegas Raiders and ended up playing a season-low 55 percent of the offensive snaps as a result. The 28-year-old seems to be no worse for the wear heading into this weekend, though, and hopefully he'll be able to avoid an in-game setback. Engram is currently the TE14 in half-point PPR scoring through nine weeks of the season and will have a chance to bounce back on Sunday as a low-end TE1/high-end TE2 play for fantasy managers. The Chiefs defense has been a good matchup for opposing TEs this year as well.
Thursday, November 10
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram (back) was listed as a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. Engram is considered day-to-day and is expected to be fine to play in Week 10 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The 28-year-old was a bust in starting lineups last weekend, as he caught just one of two targets for eight yards on a season-low 55 percent of the offensive snaps due to his injury. Engram enters Week 10 as the TE14 in half-point PPR leagues with 33 catches on 47 targets for 338 yards and one touchdown in nine games. He'll be a tad more risky on the TE1/2 borderline against KC if he's active on Sunday, but the Chiefs defense has also allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to the tight end position this year.
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram (back) was limited once again during Thursday's practice. This is back-to-back days that Engram has only been able to get through a limited practice session. The organization is considering him day-to-day with a back issue. Fantasy managers should consider him questionable for the Week 10 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. Engram would have some TE2 value for that matchup, assuming he's able to suit up. Fantasy managers will have to check back on Friday for another update on Engram.
Monday, November 07
TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram is reportedly day-to-day dealing with a back injury, so his Week 10 availability could be in jeopardy. The sixth-year tight end hasn't produced monster numbers this season, but he's been a fringe TE1 this season in a position that is always scarce. Engram projects as one of the top streamers for Week 10 in a matchup with Kansas City, who has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to tight ends through nine weeks. That said, his injury status will be significant.
Tuesday, November 01

The Jacksonville Jaguars acquired wide receiver Calvin Ridley from the Atlanta Falcons on Tuesday in exchange for complex draft compensation that can be worth a maximum of a 2023 fifth-round pick and a 2024 fourth-rounder, according to sources. Ridley is suspended through at least this season. If he gets reinstated by a certain date, the Falcons will receive a fifth-rounder next year, otherwise it's a sixth-rounder. If Ridley makes the Jags roster in 2024, it's at least a fourth-round pick. If he hits a playing-time milestone, it will be a third-round pick, and if the Jags get a long-term deal done with him, it will be a second-rounder. As long as he's reinstated, Ridley could become Jacksonville's No. 1 receiver as early as next year, which is good news for quarterback Trevor Lawrence's long-term prospects. Ridley had 90 catches, 1,374 yards and nine touchdowns in 15 games just two seasons ago.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jamal Agnew (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos in London. He had been listed as questionable after logging three limited practice sessions this past week. Agnew, who has primarily returned kickoffs and punts, has seven catches, 78 receiving yards, and two touchdowns through his first six games. Christian Kirk, Chris Claybrooks, and Snoop Conner are all candidates to fill Agnew's role on special teams.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jamal Agnew (knee) logged his third-straight limited practice session on Friday. The 27-year-old didn't play in the Week 7 meeting with the New York Jets and is currently riding a questionable tag heading into Sunday's game versus the Denver Broncos. Outside of Agnew's two-touchdown performance in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles, he hasn't done much to benefit fantasy managers, catching one pass or less in all but one game this season. As a result, his availability either way won't impact fantasy managers for Week 8.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jamal Agnew (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. He was ruled out for last Sunday's game against the New York Giants. The 27-year-old has been dealing with a knee injury since Week 6. He has seven catches for 78 yards and two touchdowns over six games in 2022. Agnew will have two more chances to log a full practice before Friday's injury report to increase his chances of suiting up against the Denver Broncos in Week 8.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. (hamstring) tells NFL.com's Tom Pelissero that he will play against the New York Giants in Week 7 despite being listed as questionable. Jones, 32, has appeared in five games this season, catching 18 passes for 208 yards and one touchdown. The Jaguars have shown a tendency to throw to different receivers each week, so Jones could always turn in a solid outing. However, he still ranks below Christian Kirk and Zay Jones on the depth chart and therefore is too risky to start in most fantasy football leagues.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. (hamstring) is active for the Week 7 matchup against the New York Giants. He was tagged as questionable coming into this contest, but said it himself that he was going to play. The 32-year-old has been surprisingly productive through five games this season. He has 18 receptions for 208 yards and one touchdown. He still ranks below Christian Kirk and Zay Jones on the depth chart. However, Jones continues to find ways to get involved in the offense. He'll be a desperation flex option for fantasy managers this week.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jamal Agnew (knee) won't play in Sunday's game against the Giants. As a result, the team will be without one of its return men after he sprained his right knee during the Week 6 matchup versus the Colts. With that said, Agnew's contributions as a wideout haven't been consistent, catching only seven passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns this season, so not many fantasy managers will be upset with the latest update.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is officially active for Week 6 against the Indianapolis Colts. He had been listed as questionable, but there was significant optimism that he would play. Jones should slot in as Jacksonville's No. 2 receiver behind Christian Kirk after Marvin Jones (hamstring) was ruled out. Fantasy managers can view Zay Jones as a solid WR4 option with upside this week.

TEAMPLAYERTRANSACTION
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is listed as questionable to play against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6. Jones was a limited participant in practice all week and the team is optimistic that he will suit up on Sunday. With Marvin Jones Jr. (hamstring) declared out, Zay Jones could be an intriguing flex option in deeper fantasy leagues, assuming he is good to go. The Colts have been stout against opposing wide receivers so far this season, but Jones has seen eight or more targets in three of his four games played and would operate as the clear WR2 behind Christian Kirk this week. Fantasy managers in need of a WR3 or flex should check back Sunday morning, but in all likelihood, can count on Jones.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) was limited during Thursday's practice. This marks back-to-back practices that Jones has been able to get through in a limited capacity. Last week, Jones hauled in three receptions for 12 yards, while playing through an ankle injury. He would have much better fantasy value, assuming he can get fully healthy in time for the Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. A fully healthy Jones would have low-end flex appeal this week.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. This limited practice was most likely a result of Jones playing through the ankle injury that was bothering him leading up to the Jaguars' Week 5 matchup with the Houston Texans. Wednesday's practice reports tend to not be the clearest with regard to players' statuses for the rest of the week. We'll have to wait for Thursday's practice for some actionable news on Jones' availability in Week 6.

Jacksonville Jaguars pass-rusher K'Lavon Chaisson (knee) suffered a meniscus injury in the Week 5 loss to the Houston Texans, according to sources, and he is headed to Injured Reserve. The former first-round pick will now have to miss at least the next four games. With the 23-year-old out for the next month-plus, the Jaguars will ask De'Shaan Dixon to step up into a bigger role on the defensive line behind pass-rushers Josh Allen and Travon Walker. In four games played so far this year, Chaisson has just three tackles (two solo).
The Jacksonville Jaguars are signing former Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers offensive guard John Miller to their active roster on Tuesday, according to his agent Drew Rosenhaus. Miller has yet to play in 2022 after starting 24 games for the Panthers over the last two seasons. He finished last season on Injured Reserve. When healthy, he has started every game in his seven-year career to this point. Miller was originally a third-round selection out of the University of Louisville by the Buffalo Bills in 2015. The move to add Miller to the active roster comes after the Jaguars placed starting left guard Ben Bartch (knee) on Injured Reserve with a dislocated knee. With Bartch out, the Jags will likely use Tyler Shatley to the vacant left guard spot.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is officially active for the Week 5 contest against the visiting Houston Texans after coming into the contest with a questionable tag. Jones was unable to suit up in last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, but he'll be back on the field on Sunday for the Jags and fantasy managers. The 27-year-old will once again be in play as a flex option in deeper leagues as the No. 2 aerial option for quarterback Trevor Lawrence behind Christian Kirk. In his first three games with Jacksonville, Jones has caught 19 of his 24 targets for 173 yards and one touchdown.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is ready to play in Week 5 against the Houston Texans after he sat out of last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. It's bad news for anyone that picked up and was planning to stream Jamal Agnew, who had two touchdowns in Week 4. Jones is coming off a 10-catch, 85-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 3 on a season-high 11 targets, so he should at least be back in the fold as a WR4/flex play in deeper leagues as the No. 2 wideout behind Christian Kirk in Jacksonville. The 27-year-old has caught 19 of his 24 targets for 173 yards and one touchdown so far in his first three games for the Jaguars.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice. After missing Jacksonville's Week 4 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles with an ankle injury, the sixth-year wide receiver returned to practice on Wednesday. This return is a good sign as his Week 5 status appears to be pointing in the right direction. Jones will likely return to his role as Trevor Lawrence's WR2 against the Houston Texans at home. Consider him a low-end flex this week.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is expected to play on Sunday against the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles. The 27-year-old is dealing with an ankle injury, although it appears he was going to suit up all along. Jones is entering Week 4 with 19 catches for 173 yards and a touchdown, and despite the task ahead, he has at least earned a flex spot for fantasy managers in deep leagues.
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is officially inactive for the Week 4 game against the Philadelphia Eagles. It's a surprise inactive, as it was reported earlier on Sunday that Jones was expected to suit up. It's a shame for fantasy managers, since Jones had 10 catches on 11 targets for 85 yards and his first touchdown of the year in the Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. With Jones sidelined, the Eagles D could double-team No. 1 wideout Christian Kirk in this one. Marvin Jones Jr., as well as tight end Evan Engram and pass-catching running back Travis Etienne Jr. will also see an increase in targets against the 3-0 Eagles. Make sure to remove Zay Jones from your starting lineups on Sunday.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) is officially listed as questionable to play in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Jones was able to practice on a limited basis on Friday, so he at least has a chance to play this weekend. Fantasy managers will be hoping he does after going for 10 catches (11 targets) for 85 yards and his first touchdown of the season in last week's blowout win over the Los Angeles Chargers. If he's active, Jones will be a solid flex play in a Jaguars offense that could be for real in 2022. If he's held out, Marvin Jones Jr. would be the clear No. 2 receiver behind Christian Kirk on Sunday against Philly. Jamal Agnew's role would also increase as the No. 3, while tight end Evan Engram would become a more attractive streamer as well.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (ankle) has been added to the injury report on Thursday. The 27-year-old missed Thursday's practice due to an ankle issue. The severity of the injury is unknown right now. This is not good news after Jones put together a huge game last week. The hope is that this is minor and Jones will suit up for practice on Friday. Fantasy managers will have to stay tuned for more information. Jones could be a solid flex option this week, assuming he does suit up.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson (Achilles) is officially active for the Week 1 season opener on Sunday against the Washington Commanders. Most fantasy managers were down on Robinson heading into draft season after he suffered a torn Achilles last year. On top of it, second-year back Travis Etienne Jr. is a major road block to Robinson's fantasy ceiling in 2022. However, head coach Doug Pederson hinted that the 24-year-old wouldn't have any limitations this weekend, so he could have a bigger early down workload than most expect. It remains uncertain how Jacksonville will split up the touches between Robinson and Etienne, which makes Robinson more of a low-upside RB4/flex for fantasy managers in deeper leagues.

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said that running back James Robinson (Achilles) is 100 percent back from his torn Achilles. Pederson said Robinson's Week 1 workload against the Washington Commanders will depend on how he looks, but he isn't ruling out Robinson having a normal workload. The 24-year-old will no doubt be active this Sunday in the regular season opener, but it remains to be seen how the workload will be distributed between Robinson and second-year back Travis Etienne Jr. Most fantasy managers are down on Robinson entering this season, but he could be more productive than most people think, at least on early downs and near the goal line. Fantasy managers should play it safe to begin the year until we know more about Robinson's specific workload, so he'll be more of an RB4/flex in Week 1.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson (Achilles) carried a lot of uncertainty during the NFL offseason after a major injury late in 2021. However, Doug Pederson said Robinson "should play" against the Commanders in Week 1. It's tough to know exactly how the workload will be split between Robinson and Travis Etienne, but Etienne is likely healthier at this point in the year, and the franchise will want to see its 2021 first-round pick in action. For now, starting Robinson is a risky move in fantasy football and Etienne could prove to be a high-risk/high-reward play at the RB2 spot in lineups.

The Jaguars waived linebacker Ty Summers on Saturday. The Packers drafted the 26-year-old in the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Throughout his three years in Green Bay, he played 46 games and totaled 52 tackles (37 solo). However, he only logged one start. Nevertheless, if Summers goes unclaimed, he will become a free agent. With that said, even if he finds a new team, he's not worth a look from IDP managers.
The Jacksonville Jaguars signed veteran free-agent defensive end Mario Edwards to an undisclosed deal on Sunday, according to a source. Edwards was recently released by the Chicago Bears after he recorded eight tackles (two solo), five QB hits and only two interceptions in 12 games (one start) last season. The 28-year-old pass-rusher was originally a second-round pick in 2015 by the Las Vegas Raiders out of Florida State. In his seven NFL seasons, Edwards has 118 tackles (84 solo), 16.5 sacks, 19 tackles for loss, 35 QB hits, four passes defensed and three forced fumbles in 86 games (25 starts). In the Jaguars improved defensive line, Edwards should serve in a rotational role in 2022.

The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed former San Francisco 49ers running back JaMycal Hasty off waivers on Wednesday. They also claimed defensive back Tyree Gillespie, kicker Riley Patterson, wide receiver Kendric Pryor and linebacker Ty Summers off waivers. As the 49ers primary third-down back last year, Hasty caught 23 of his 29 targets for 157 yards and no touchdowns in 11 games in his second NFL season. He also had 16 carries for 68 yards and one touchdown. In Jacksonville, the 25-year-old will compete for a backup role with Snoop Conner behind Travis Etienne Jr. and James Robinson. Hasty would probably only have fantasy appeal in PPR leagues if Etienne were to miss time with an injury.

The Jacksonville Jaguars cut wide receiver Laquon Treadwell on Monday, according to a source. Treadwell had a career-high 434 receiving yards and a touchdown on 33 receptions for Jacksonville in 12 games (seven starts) in 2021. Most of his production came late last year. The 27-year-old should latch on with another team in short order, but he's unlikely to be on the fantasy radar in the majority of leagues. The former first-rounder has totals of 104 catches (165 targets), 1,184 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 70 games (23 starts) in six NFL seasons to this point. Treadwell should be ignored in upcoming fantasy drafts, but depending on where he lands, he could be a watch candidate in deeper fantasy setups.
The Jacksonville Jaguars cut running back Ryquell Armstead on Monday, according to a league source. The former fifth-round pick out of Temple had 50 carries for 188 yards (3.8 yards per carry) and no rushing touchdowns in his two seasons with the Jaguars. He also added 17 catches on 28 targets for 160 yards and two touchdowns through the air. The 25-year-old will be looking to latch on with another team before the start of the 2022 regular season in order to provide running back depth. Armstead is well off the fantasy radar for obvious reasons.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson (Achilles) is expected to be ready for Week 1 of the regular season, but the team won't give him his normal workload when he first gets back. Travis Etienne Jr. will be the team's RB1 in terms of workload when the season starts, even if Robinson is cleared to play. Jacksonville will be careful with Robinson, like they have all training camp. ESPN.com's Michael DiRocco expects Robinson to get back to his normal workload as the season moves into October. Etienne will be a big factor as a receiver coming out of the backfield, and he'll also be lined up out wide and in the slot. Etienne is the more attractive fantasy option, especially in PPR leagues, while Robinson will be more of an RB3/4 in standard-scoring leagues.
Jacksonville Jaguars running back James Robinson (Achilles) has been steadily making progress during training camp. Last week, he was taking part in team drills and making open-field cuts/moves. When interviewed on Tuesday, the 24-year-old described himself as "so close" to being ready for Week 1. He also expressed that he is "itching to get out there," but understands why the coaching staff is taking a cautious approach. The Illinois product had the backfield mostly to himself in 2021 because Travis Etienne missed his entire rookie season. With both now on track for the season opener against the Commanders, things become a little murkier. The sophomore Etienne figures to handle most of the passing work, while Robinson projects to receive more carries, including the goal-line role. This could limit the ceiling of both players, but each will have a shot to crack the top 24, depending on their role and workload.

The Jacksonville Jaguars waived kicker Ryan Santoso on Tuesday. After also waiving Elliott Fry with an undisclosed injury, the Jaguars now have no kickers on their current roster. Santoso was in line to be the starting kicker to open the regular season, but that won't be the case now. Expect Jacksonville to bring in a couple kickers very soon, but they won't be on the fantasy football radar at all. Santoso went 4-for-5 on his field-goal tries in 2021 in four games last year with the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers, but he also missed two of his eight extra-point opportunities.
The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed kicker James McCourt off waivers from the Los Angeles Chargers on Tuesday. The Jaguars recently moved on from both kickers Elliott Fry and Ryan Santoso, leaving them without a single kicker on their active training camp roster. McCourt goes from competing with Dustin Hopkins for the starting job in LA to being the only kicker for Jacksonville. The Jaguars could still bring in more kicking competition before Week 1 of the regular season, though, especially since McCourt has never kicked in an NFL game. Fantasy managers should avoid whoever ends up with the starting kicking job in Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Jaguars acquired offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen from the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday in exchange for a seventh-round draft pick in 2023. Van Lanen was originally a sixth-round selection by the Packers last year out of the University of Wisconsin. The 24-year-old played in just one game in his rookie season for Green Bay. In Jacksonville, he'll simply be trying to impress a new coaching staff and earn a backup role along their offensive line.
