  • Travis Etienne Jr. Expected To Play In Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) is expected to be "good to go" on Sunday against the Lions, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter. The 23-year-old injured his right foot during the Week 12 contest versus the Baltimore Ravens, forcing him to miss the second half. As a result, JaMycal Hasty entered the game to finish with 28 yards off 12 touches while accumulating five catches for 67 yards and a touchdown. Since then, Hasty has been a popular waiver wire target heading into Week 13, although it seems he won't provide much value to fantasy managers, assuming Etienne plays. Nonetheless, while the residual effects of the ailment may slow Etienne down to some degree, he should remain starting for the favorable matchup in Detroit.

  • Travis Etienne Jr. "Good To Go" For Week 13

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson told reporters on Friday that running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) is "good to go" for Week 13 against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Etienne was injured early in Week 12 and never returned, but the Jaguars kept him out in an abundance of caution. The 23-year-old was limited in practices this week and should retain his lead-back role for the Jaguars in a nice matchup against Detroit this weekend. Fantasy managers should have Etienne locked and loaded in all starting lineups as a low-end RB1/high-end RB2. On the season, the Lions defense has allowed 20.6 points per game in half-point PPR scoring to the running back position.

  • Jaguars Optimistic About Travis Etienne Jr.

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said he "feels good" about running back Travis Etienne Jr.'s (foot) chances of playing in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. Pederson said Etienne will go through portions of walk-through practice on Wednesday, but the team doesn't want to rush him to go full before he's 100 percent. It sounds as though Etienne will be limited early this week, but he certainly has a chance to play this Sunday after getting injured in the Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens. If the second-year RB is active against a porous Detroit defense, he'll be a must-start fantasy RB. If he's out or limited at all, JaMycal Hasty, who had 12 carries for 28 yards and five catches for 67 yards and a touchdown last Sunday, would be the Jags' lead back. Hasty is a popular waiver-wire pickup for Etienne's fantasy managers or anyone in need of RB help this week.

  • Travis Etienne Jr. Says He's Fine

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said that running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) was cleared to return to the Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday with his foot injury, but he decided to hold Etienne out as a precaution. The team was planning to do more tests on Monday, but Etienne said he was fine and the team thought so, too. We'll have to monitor Etienne's practice status this week, but all signs point to him being ready to suit up in Week 13 against the Detroit Lions. The 23-year-old had just two carries for three yards before leaving, while JaMycal Hasty led the backfield with 12 carries for 28 yards in his absence. If Etienne is fine to face the Lions this weekend, he should be a must-start in all fantasy lineups.

  • Travis Etienne Jr. Questionable To Return Sunday

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. (foot) is questionable to return against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He exited the game and was taken to the locker room after rushing for just three yards during the first quarter. With Darrell Henderson Jr. being a healthy scratch this week, the Jaguars will likely turn to a combination of JaMycal Hasty and Snoop Conner if Etienne is unable to return.
