Sam Darnold Will Remain The Starting Quarterback
Carolina Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold will remain the starter, at least for the team's Week 14 matchup against the Seahawks. Darnold finished the Week 12 win over the Broncos with 164 yards and a touchdown off 11-for-19 passing. While it wasn't the most productive showing, the signal-caller played well enough to maintain his grasp on the No. 1 position on the depth chart. That said, Darnold has a way to go before he's labeled a starting fantasy quarterback. At the same time, desperate fantasy managers who still have Baker Mayfield on the roster should hang on to him for now, especially since there's a chance he may be back under center before the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
