Ricky Seals-Jones Won't Play In 2022
The New York Giants placed tight end Ricky Seals-Jones (toe) on the season-ending Injured Reserve on Wednesday. Rookie linebacker Darrian Beavers (knee) and tight end Andre Miller (forearm) were also placed on IR. Offensive linemen Matt Peart (knee) and Nick Gates (leg) will begin on the Physically Unable to Perform list and will miss at least the first four games. With Seals-Jones now out for the year, it opens a clear path for rookie Daniel Bellinger to be the Giants top pass-catching tight end all year long. If the team's receivers can stay healthy this year, they should have enough options for quarterback Daniel Jones, though, so Bellinger is still mostly an option in dynasty/keeper leagues.
