Born on May 31, 2000, Matej Blumel\u00a0is a forward in professional ice hockey who plays for the Texas Stars in the American Hockey League (AHL). He is a prospect for both the Czech national team and the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League (NHL).<\/p>\n

After spending his third full season in the ELH and with the Oilers having forfeited his draft rights, Matej Blumel\u00a0signed a two-year, entry-level deal with the Dallas Stars on June 7, 2022, as a free agent.<\/p>\n
