American professional ice hockey goalie Jack Campbell is presently with the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers. Born in Port Huron, Michigan, on January 9, 1992, Campbell joined the NHL after the Dallas Stars selected him with the 11th overall pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. He spent time in the minor levels and had early career setbacks, but he eventually found success with the Los Angeles Kings, where he recorded his first NHL shutout and victory.<\/p>\n

In 2020, Campbell’s career had a dramatic transformation upon his move to the Toronto Maple Leafs. He immediately won over fans in Toronto, matching the league record for straight victories and creating a team record most wins by a goalkeeper.<\/p>\n
