Professional ice hockey goalie Alexandar Georgiev was born in Ruse, Bulgaria, on February 10, 1996. Despite being grown up in Russia, he plays ice hockey for Bulgaria internationally. Georgiev started playing hockey in his home country of Bulgaria before relocating to Russia to further his abilities.<\/p>\n

Regarding his professional career, Georgiev was signed by the National Hockey League (NHL)’s New York Rangers in 2017 as an undrafted free agent. On February 22, 2018, he made his NHL debut with the Rangers against the Montreal Canadiens. His impressive efforts soon brought him recognition.<\/p>\n
