Claiming that Caitlin Clark would not “deserve” to be treated the same, former WNBA star Val Whiting has defended selling her merchandise at sporting goods stores rather than Angel Reese.<\/p>\n

Stepping up from her NCAA squad, the Iowa Hawkeyes, Clark, the first overall pick in the WNBA Draft has signed with the Indiana Fever to launch her professional career.<\/p>\n

Over the course of her four years in the college program, the 22-year-old broke numerous records, including Kelsey Plum’s record for the most points scored.<\/p>\n
