Fans were amazed by the hilarious response given by the mother of an NFL draft prospect during a live broadcast.<\/p>\n

The scene happened on Thursday night in Detroit, during the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n

With the 17th overall pick in the draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars chose Brian Thomas Jr., a wide receiver out of LSU.<\/p>\n

ESPN spoke with Brian Sr. and Sondra, Thomas’s parents, following the selection.<\/p>\n

Reporter Laura Rutledge questioned Brian Sr. about his thoughts on the noteworthy occasion.<\/p>\n
