American professional ice hockey defenseman Andrew Phillip Peeke was born on March 17, 1998, and he now plays for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Columbus Blue Jackets picked Peeke 34th overall in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.<\/p>\n

On April 1, 2019, Peeke signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets after finishing his junior season at Notre Dame. On February 16, 2020, he scored his first goal in the NHL against the New Jersey Devils. Peeke agreed to a two-year, $1.575 million contract deal with the Blue Jackets on August 9, 2021.<\/p>\n
