Born on January 5, 1994, Matthew Grzelcyk is a professional ice hockey defenceman from the United States. He is presently a player with the National Hockey League’s Boston Bruins (NHL). In the third round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, he was chosen by the Bruins with the 85th overall pick.<\/p>\n

He inked a two-year entry-level contract with the Boston Bruins on April 1, 2016, with the intent of playing for the team in 2016\u201317. During the remainder of the 2015\u201316 season, he played for the American Hockey League (AHL) Providence Bruins, Boston\u2019s affiliate.<\/p>\n
