American professional ice hockey defenseman Brandon Carlo was born on November 26, 1996, and he now plays for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). In the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, the Bruins picked him with the 37th overall pick in the second round.<\/p>\n

Carlo was reared in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and chose to play ice hockey and street hockey with his neighbor instead of playing American football like his elder brothers. Before playing for the Western Hockey League’s Tri-City Americans, he played minor league ice hockey for five years with the Colorado Thunderbirds (WHL).<\/p>\n
