American professional ice hockey defenseman Jalen Chatfield was born on May 15, 1996, and is presently a member of the National Hockey League (NHL) Carolina Hurricanes. He was a member of the Vancouver Canucks in the past.<\/p>\n

Chatfield, who was raised in Michigan, started playing ice hockey with the Compuware Triple-A Under-13 team at an organized competitive level. Before signing with the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League, he played two seasons with the Belle Tire Midget Major U18 club. Chatfield was a key player in the Spitfires’ 2017 Memorial Cup victory.<\/p>\n
