Born on January 7, 2000, Noah Dobson is a professional ice hockey player from Canada who plays defense for the National Hockey League’s New York Islanders (NHL). The Islanders picked him with the 12th overall pick in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.<\/p>\n

Dobson was formally added to the Islanders roster for the 2019\u201320 NHL season on October 2, 2019. On October 8, 2019, against the Edmonton Oilers, Dobson played in his first NHL game and got his first NHL point, mostly as an assist on a goal by Matt Martin. Dobson scored his first NHL goal against Calvin Pickard of the Detroit Red Wings on January 14, 2020, in his eighteenth NHL game.<\/p>\n
