Being Angel Reese is not an easy feat. Even though Reese is one of the most well-known female collegiate basketball players of this decade, she has faced internet hate and taunting as her popularity has grown over the past year. Due to her Black identity, Reese has received death threats and racist statements on social media, which has been extremely difficult for the 21-year-old to deal with while she attempts to concentrate on her impending WNBA career.<\/p>\n
