ESPN was informed by a source that the team will not press charges.<\/p>\n<p>A criminal complaint was filed on Wednesday, claiming that last month, an employee of the Wolves&#8217; analytics department, Sachin Gupta, had over 5,000 files containing confidential team data taken. The man has subsequently been sacked.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, a hard disk belonging to Gupta&#8217;s Target Center office was taken. All of the data that had been taken from Gupta&#8217;s hard disk was reportedly later found on one of Sarkar&#8217;s devices.<\/p>\n<p>According to the article, Gupta remains detained since his detention on Monday, with a $40,000 bond amount.
