Because Caitlin Clark of the Iowa Hawkeyes copied Kobe Bryant’s famous portrait from his 2001 NBA Finals victory with the Los Angeles Lakers, the guard is getting a lot of backlash. The team won the Big Ten conference for the third time in a row thanks to her 34-point outburst on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The concept of reproducing the scene was not supported by 22-year-old Clark. She merely consented to take the picture after freelance photographer Bri Lewerke proposed the angle.<\/p>\n
