Pete Maravich’s record for the most points scored in NCAA Division I college basketball is being approached by Caitlin Clark.<\/p>\n

However, the outstanding player from Iowa still has a ways to go before she can equal the accomplishments of Grace Beyer, a 22-year-old player for the obscure University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy.<\/p>\n

Caitlin Clark, 22, is 50 points shy of Pistol Pete’s legendary record of 3,667 points, which he established while attending LSU in 1967\u20131970. Clark has earned 3,617 points in her undergraduate career.<\/p>\n
