The jeweler filed a lawsuit in April 2023 for $1 million, alleging that Brown had not paid for several pieces of jewelry purchased in 2022. Despite agreeing to settle the amount in December of the same year, Brown failed to do so, leading the court to rule in favor of Shuki.
