At this time of year, we want to give as much optimism as we can, thus today we are recognizing the Top<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlb.com\/yankees\"> Yankees<\/a> Prospects after analyzing each team&#8217;s farm system.<\/p>\n<p>will be looking at the top three prospects in each organization over the course of the next few months. Jasson Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dominguez, nicknamed &#8220;The Martian,&#8221; was a highly anticipated talent on the global scene for the past 10 years. However, he was wrongly compared to superstars such as Mike Trout, Bo Jackson, and Mickey Mantle. Nobody can match those kinds of comparisons, but if we do say so ourselves, Dominguez has been pretty damn good.<\/p>\n<p>After that, he had Tommy John surgery, which will cause his 2024 campaign to begin later than expected. To his credit, Dom\u00ednguez has shown a number of important skills recently, such as being aware of the striking zone. Spencer Jones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6&#8217;7&#8243; and 225 pounds, Jones is a man among boys when he comes off the bus. Like any major baseball player, he frequently gets compared to Aaron Judge. Everson Pereira<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pereira is not the most physically intimidating player on the field, but he can hit a lot of power. Last year, he posted a peak velocity above 115 and a 90th percentile exit velocity of 109, placing him among the best in the Majors.<\/p>\n<p>Splitting his 2023 Minor League season between Double-A and Triple-A, Pereira finished with a slash line of.300\/.373\/.548 that included 18 home runs and 11 steals. Arias is a switch-hitter with a powerful arm, quick set of wheels, and considerable upside power. The sixth tool is health, which is also maybe the hardest to estimate. He possesses two breaking balls and a rising fastball in his developing repertoire.<\/p>\n<p>If Hampton can&#8217;t repeat his release with consistency, his command may be suppressed by his extraordinarily lengthy arm motion. Although he does have a changeup in the upper 80s, he does not utilize it much.<\/p>\n<p>Without a question, Hampton possesses a starting pitcher&#8217;s arsenal. Despite just tossing 100 innings total in college, he misses a lot of bats, throws a lot of strikes, and averages 5.4 innings per start.
