In connection with an alleged incident that occurred in a bar in the Kansas City area in February 2023, prosecutors are seeking to drop felony charges against Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.<\/p>\n

Jackson, who is accused of forcingly kissing the establishment’s female owner, faces three felony charges of aggravated sexual battery. Prosecutors filed a motion on Tuesday to dismiss those charges, stating that Jackson’s alleged victim \u201chas made her lack of cooperation abundantly clear,\u201d according to the Kansas City Star.<\/p>\n
