According to the Yomiuri Shibun, the board decided on Wednesday afternoon to officially dissolve the squad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRampant marijuana use\u201d is relative.<\/p>\n<p>This year, three members of the Phoenix squad from Nihon University\u2014who has won the national college championship 21 times\u2014have been detained on suspicion of using marijuana.
