Tristan Thompson, the ex-partner of Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian, has disclosed his philandering behavior.<\/p>\n

The Cleveland Cavaliers center revealed why he cheated on Khlo\u00e9 several times throughout their six-year, on-again relationship during some “long overdue” talks with her family on the most recent episode of “The Kardashians.”<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9’s elder sister, Kourtney Kardashian, could no longer pretend to have a relationship with Thompson, so she sat down with him to “get an understanding” of why he did what he did.<\/p>\n
