Torrie Wilson, a member of the WWE Hall of Fame, has a very important PSA to share. She could have easily put down a few words and posted it without thinking on social media, but she chose not to.<\/p>\n
As she frequently does, Torrie went above and beyond the call of duty to really make her PSA stick. She did this in a way that made it clear that what she was saying was true.<\/p>\n
After all, stating a claim without supporting it with evidence is much less persuasive than doing so.<\/p>\n

This is something that the 48-year-old content generator is aware of, and it was this that she had in mind when she said on X on Friday morning, “Public service announcement: never skip leg day.”<\/p>\n
We’ve all seen the photos of the hulking gym goer with the noodle legs at this point. That’s an excellent illustration of why it’s crucial to take care of your legs, but Torrie’s example is undoubtedly far superior.<\/p>\n
