With the support of his stunning new girlfriend, Ludvig hopes to transform from a Ryder Cup rookie into a hero for Europe.<\/p>\n

This month, the Swede won the Omega European Masters in Switzerland, earning his first DP World Tour victory.<\/p>\n

He was also selected by Luke Donald for the European Ryder Cup team as a result of his strong performances prior to that.<\/p>\n

At the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, which is located outside of Rome, the 44th Ryder Cup began today. The competition pits the best golfers against one another.<\/p>\n
