The man fumbled on his third try before noticing and grabbing the camera. When the video was shared through social media platforms, several tips were submitted to the Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter processing evidence and information developed, deputies interviewed, Brady Cooper (23) of Glenburn.
