Now, the credibility of the Cuban-born person has suffered another severe blow.<\/p>\n<h2>Angel Hernandez Vs MLB: Did No Go Well For The Umpire In The Court<\/h2>\n<p>Angel Hernandez, who was born in Cuba in 1961 and grew up in the Miami region, started officiating Little League games when he was just a teenager. Carney and Steven J.
