The woman claims that in an effort to defend herself, she kicked Haskins. The complaint claims that after pulling her from the closet, he placed her on top of a bed and began strangling her with both hands. She then received a smack from Haskins before being thrown to the ground and landing on a dog crate. Then he started to choke her once again.
