Prior to their happy ever after, Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, put the great Chiefs quarterback in the friend zone.<\/p>\n

In the new Netflix docuseries “Quarterback,” which premieres on July 12, the 27-year-old high school sweethearts discussed the beginning of their romance. Mahomes described how he courted Brittany.<\/p>\n

In the first episode of the show, Mahomes described the one action that allowed him to get out of the buddy zone. The show also follows Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and former Falcons quarterback Marcus Mariota (Eagles) on and off the pitch for the whole 2022 season.<\/p>\n
