French racer Pierre Gasly is currently driving for Alpine in Formula One. He finished second in the 2014 Formula Renault 3.5 Series and the 2017 Super Formula Championship, and he won the 2016 GP2 Series championship. With Toro Rosso, Gasly made his Formula One debut at the 2017 Malaysian Grand Prix. In 2019, he switched to Red Bull Racing, although between the Hungarian and Belgian races, Alexander Albon was demoted and replaced by Toro Rosso.<\/p>\n
