Canadian professional ice hockey center Connor McDavid serves as the team captain for the NHL’s Edmonton Oilers. He was taken first overall by the Oilers in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. McDavid played ice hockey against bigger kids all throughout his childhood. With the York Simcoe Express, where his father served as coach, McDavid won four titles in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association.<\/p>\n
