Now, an already-struggling Mets<\/a> club must find out how to play without him through a crucial part of its schedule.<\/p>\n After being struck by a fastball on Wednesday in Atlanta, Alonso sustained a bone bruise and a sprain in his left wrist.<\/p>\n Alonso was initially regarded as day-to-day with a contusion, but the Mets subsequently revealed that X-rays on his wrist revealed nothing.
