The head coach of the National Football League’s Carolina Panthers is former quarterback and current American football coach Frank Reich. In the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills selected him from Maryland’s collegiate football program. While Reich supported Jim Kelly for the majority of his career, he rose to prominence as he guided the Bills to the biggest postseason comeback in NFL history in the 1992\u201393 playoffs.<\/p>\n

After his playing career ended, Reich started coaching in the NFL. He worked as an assistant from 2008 to 2017, and he was the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LII when they won their first championship.
