Jackson was accused of forcibly kissing Aspen Vaughn, proprietor of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, the first time a situation like this came to light.<\/p>\n<p>There is even leaked video of the incident, which occurred back in March. After being detained in May for a sexual assault incident involving a different lady, Jackson quickly secured a $100,000 bond.
