She exited the room bleeding and in tears, according to the lawsuit, after an hour and a half of it.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that Araiza purportedly &#8220;left&#8221; the residence where the party was being held at roughly 12:30 a.m. was the most compelling piece of proof that he wasn&#8217;t involved. All of that changed, though, when the rookie, known as the &#8220;Punt God&#8221; for his prowess in that aspect of football, was implicated in a civil complaint that included graphic details of a group rape of a 17-year-old female who was under the influence of alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Ariaza did make one preseason appearance for the Bills before the matter was made public. He was third among all NCAA punters in 2021 with 79 punts. They conducted their own research on the situation and accepted him.<\/p>\n<p>Court Cases are never easy for anyone and especially when the person is not guilty and is accused of something that to something so heinous it leaves him extremely traumatised and the same happened with Ariaza.
